If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you. Please review the following return & refund guidelines.
1. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at support@abcasahome.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the damage
- Photos showing the entire item
- Close-up photos of the damage from multiple angles
We’ll review the information and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
2. Missing Parts
If you’re missing parts from your order, please email us at support@abcasahome.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A photo of the assembly instruction sheet with the missing parts clearly circled
- Photos of all parts received so far
Note: Many of our furniture items ship in multiple boxes. If you're missing more than just a few small pieces (like assembly hardware), it's possible that one or more boxes are still in transit. Please reach out, and we’ll gladly provide a full list of tracking numbers and shipping updates.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
We encourage you to carefully review all order details before submitting your purchase. Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may be possible depending on the order status.
If your order is unpaid:
You may cancel the order yourself directly from your account.
If your order has been paid:
- You may request a cancellation if the item has not yet shipped or if the item is on backorder.
- If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you may need to proceed with a return after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
Important: Cancellations are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team. Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at support@abcasahome.com to request changes or cancellation. Be sure to include your order number and relevant details.
4. Return Policy
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet expectations. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window for most items. Please review the conditions below to confirm your item is eligible for return.
- Return requests can only be made within 30 days of the date you received the item.
- The item must be in its as-new condition (e.g., no stains, tears, burns, pet damage, odors, other soiling, etc.)
- All original product inserts and accessories must be included
- The item must be disassembled if it was originally delivered disassembled
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
Note: All custom orders, made-to-order items, special order items, flash sale items, sale items, and bundled items purchased at a discounted rate are final sale and cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to deny returns in the following situations:
- The return request is made without sufficient required information (e.g., proof of purchase).
- The item(s) are returned beyond the 30-day return window.
- The item(s) are marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page or are clearance/final sale items.
- The item(s) have been assembled.
- Minor scratches, scuffs, or damage caused by improper unpacking, installation, or cleaning.
- Cracks or damage caused by improper placement or use.
- Discoloration, warping, or damage to wood resulting from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture.
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, intentional acts, or accidents.
To begin a return, please email us at support@abcasahome.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos showing the current condition of the item and packaging
Important: All returns must be approved by our customer service team in advance. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted, and any shipping costs incurred as a result will be the responsibility of the customer.
For non-quality issues, applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your return. In addition, any delivery shipping fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Refund
Your total refund amount may be adjusted based on any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase. If a coupon or discount code was used, its value will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are issued after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse. Depending on the condition of the return and the original order details, any applicable return shipping charges or additional shipping fees will also be deducted from the final refund amount.
Once the return is processed, we will issue the refund to your original form of payment. For credit/debit cards, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank’s processing time.
