At ABCASA, we’re dedicated to ensuring your furniture arrives safely and promptly. Please review our policy below for full details.

 

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most locations within the continental United States. However, we do not deliver to:

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Marshall Islands.

We’re also unable to deliver to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, P.O. boxes, or freight forwarding services.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after placement. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

 

3. Delivery Time

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or a freight carrier, depending on the size and weight of the items. Most deliveries arrive within 3 to 7 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or due to factors like traffic, seasonal demand, or severe weather.

4. Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on most orders via FedEx or UPS. Standard delivery (door-to-door service) includes drop-off outside your home, such as at the front door, garage, driveway, or building entrance. For apartment buildings, packages are typically left in the lobby or first-floor common area.

Please note that standard shipping does not include inside delivery, room placement, or carrying items upstairs.

If you have any special delivery requests—such as inside placement or a scheduled delivery—please contact us at support@abcasahome.com before placing your order. We’ll confirm availability and clearly communicate any additional charges. Once your order has shipped, we may not be able to guarantee that the carrier can meet special requests.

 

5. Address Accuracy & Changes

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

If you need to update your address after shipment, additional rerouting fees may apply. Please contact us immediately at support@abcasahome.com if changes are necessary. We’ll do our best to assist, but please note that changes may not always be possible once the package is in transit.

 

6. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Missed or refused deliveries may lead to return shipping charges and a small service fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This can happen if the address provided is incorrect or if no one is available to receive the package. To avoid delays or extra charges, please ensure your delivery information is accurate and that someone is available at the time of delivery.

 

7. Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, first check around your property and with neighbors. If it remains missing, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us with your order number at support@abcasahome.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
