Nice couch for the price! The back pillows could use a little more filling, but you can always buy some and add to it! Love the color.
Waited over 72 hours to use per instructions. Essentially, you get what you pay for.Cons: Back cushions and side pillows are not plush and currently trying to figure out a solution for extra cushion filler inserts so I don’t have to pay even more money out-of-pocket to return the sofa after assembly. Side and back cushions are a little flat in comparison with bottom cushions, which are extra firm with a spring-type feel. No couch arms to rest on.Pros: Customer service is responsive within 24-hours. Material isn’t soft, but color is nice. Assembly was not difficult. Reasonably priced for what it is.
Comfy & Good looking sofa. Easy to install you just have to follow the instructions literally.
Suppppper comfortable and I cannot recommend this couch enough! It’s modular and fits perfectly in our small space! The ottomans have plenty of storage in them and we can put blankets, pillows, bedding, literally anything inside! The fabric is so soft and thick! There was a small factory smell to it, but it went away almost instantly! It looks amazing and the color is beautiful! I love also how tall and supportive it is, and I would highly recommend this couch for anyone who enjoys movies or just lounging around!!
This couch is somewhat comfortable but very beautiful in color and very modern.
Met expectations. At least most. Very comfortable I'm not understanding the reviews on comfort lol. Plushy soft good material not cheap looking like I was scared it might look because of the price. But pleased with it overall. The color isn't a dark black but more so on a charcoal or ashy black side. I added extra stuffing i had to the side and back pillows to make them fluffier. I used a stapler to close the inner pillows.
This couch is ok. I’m about 7 months in and it’s definitely showing signs of wear/fabric color change on the seat cushions. The best feature is the ottoman storage. I got the 6 piece sectional. I will say, after I had it for a couple months, I got FOMO, and thought I should have spent the extra money for a Joybird. Eventually, I decided to put this couch in my rental, and buy myself a JoyBird, that is until I found the JoyBird Sucks FB group…now realize this couch was the better choice. It’s probably similar quality. Overall, for the price, it’s ok. I don’t expect it to last more than 3 years, if that. I’m looking for covers now.
The color and fabric are beautiful and this came way before the estimated shipping date. The thing to know, is that at least half the wooden legs are not drilled deep enough for the screw to catch. Thankfully we had a Makita and the right bit to fix this quickly (my 13 old did it), otherwise we would’ve been reaching out to the manufacturer and just hoping we’d get new legs that were machine drilled properly. Otherwise, we are so excited about our first new couch in 30 years of marriage, as we always had second hand. The color is more beautiful than the photos and the fabric feels nice! The storage is amazing and I love that you can remove and wash all the covers. We got the 3+3, so all the modular ottomans are fantastic! Overall great purchase!
