Something went awry with our order as there were 3 missing pieces and one damaged slip. However, their customer service acted promptly and professionally to address the problems. This included waiting on the manufacture of one of the pieces. They ship all the correct pieces with 2-day air out of China. We couldn't be happier with the results. The couch looks great and is very comfortable.
The sofa is very comfortable, the bottom side of the seat cushion is not upholstered but it has Velcro on it to attach to the bottom of the sofa
I looked around for a couch and this one seemed to meet the requirements for my airbnb. Easy to put together and comfy!

It’s a nice sofa. Easy to assemble. Takes a hot minute to insert the pillow inserts doing it alone but it looks good in my space. I’d do it again.

The sofa is okay overall. It has a beautiful design that looks great in my living space, but it's much firmer than I expected. If you prefer a softer, more cushioned feel, this might not be the best choice.
If you don't mind buying soam memory foam shredded prices with the couch, and maybe material to place at the bottom of couch you can easily make this couch into a very comfortable and stylish couch. The foam that is included is not perfect fit and wouldn't recommend using what came with it.I also used rubber flooring to lift the cusions higher. Great D.I.Y couch.

The delivery time was as promise, but the furniture delivery by Fedex was poorly place to my property and one corner of couch was damaged, waiting for seller to answer back.Update from seller was positive and promptly. We are very happy with the look and quality of the love seat
